Under the Faultine name, Kosten has released two studio albums: Closer Colder in 1999, and Your Love Means Everything in 2002 (the latter re-released with different tracks in 2004). The albums contain various contributions from singers Michael Stipe (R.E.M.) Chris Martin (Coldplay) and Joseph Arthur, jazz trumpeter Ian Carr, guitarists Nick McCabe (The Verve) and Michael Bearpark (Darkroom, No-Man, Pedaltone), and The Flaming Lips.[1] In 2006, Kosten collaborated with Brian Molko and Françoise Hardy for a song on the Serge Gainsbourg tribute album Monsieur Gainsbourg Revisited. Kosten is also a notable record producer, having co-produced albums by Bat for Lashes (Fur and Gold, Two Suns), Joseph Arthur (Our Shadows Will Remain) and produced Curry & Coco's debut album (We Are Beauty). He has also remixed tracks for other artists including No-Man.
