It is located between San Isidro and San Antonio in Nueva Ecija, Magalang, Candaba and Arayat in Pampanga and northwest is Concepcion, Tarlac. It is about an hour and a half drive from Manila. Most of Cabiao's agricultural land is being used to cultivate rice. Also, most of the jobs available are related to agriculture.
