David Valdes, (born ?) is an American Academy Award nominated film producer more notable in the western genre and collaborating with Clint Eastwood. Book II. He became good friends with Eastwood after Tightrope and soon Valdes produced his first movie for Eastwood in 1985's Pale Rider. He went on to produce other Eastwood classics like The Dead Pool, Pink Cadillac, White Hunter Black Heart and Unforgiven.
